Jacob W. O'Donnell

Jacob O’Donnell is a member of the Business, Acquisitions, and Securities Practice and focuses primarily on commercial transactions and related issues, including lending and real estate. He assists his business clients in the drafting of loan documents and is also involved in the securitization of financing for various banking clients at the firm.
