Jacob O’Donnell is a member of the Business, Acquisitions, and Securities Practice and focuses on commercial transactions, forming and re-structuring business entities, and advising lenders on commercial and residential real estate transactions. He assists his business clients in the facilitation of loans, the securitization of financing for various banking clients, and drafting organizational documents for business entities. Jacob is involved in the Northern Indiana business community through serving on the Board of Directors for the Lake County Economic Alliance, an organization aimed at promoting stability and growth, recruiting new industries, providing incentives, and assisting small businesses in Northwest Indiana. In his free time, Jacob enjoys trying new foods, weightlifting, and reading.
