Krieg DeVault Adds Associates Chloe Craft, Jacob O’Donnell, and Caleb Perez

Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that Chloe N. Craft, Jacob W. O’Donnell, and Caleb A. Perez have joined the firm as Associates. Craft (Carmel, IN office) will provide counsel to the firm’s clients in the Labor and Employment Practice; O’Donnell (Merrillville, IN office) in the Business Practice; and Perez (Carmel, IN office) in the Real Estate and Environmental Practice.
About the Associates
Chloe N. Craft assists clients in an array of employment matters, including drafting agreements, conducting legal research, reviewing workplace policies to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws, and representing clients in employment-related litigation in federal and state court. Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Ms. Craft served as a Summer Associate with the firm, and as a Legal Intern with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. She is a graduate of Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
Jacob W. O’Donnell is an Associate in the firm’s Business Practice and focuses primarily on commercial transactions and related issues, including lending and real estate. He assists his business clients in the drafting of loan documents and is also involved in the securitization of financing for various banking clients at the firm. Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. O’Donnell served as a Law Clerk for the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. He is a graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Caleb A. Perez concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and corporate law. Caleb represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters and joint ventures, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of real estate. In his corporate practice, he supports clients in transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, governance and compliance issues, and entity formation and organization. Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Perez served as a Summer Associate with the firm. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School.
