Marija Nicksic Joins Krieg DeVault’s Commercial Real Estate and Lending Practice

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that Marija Nicksic has joined the firm's Commercial Real Estate and Lending Practice. Ms. Nicksic will focus her practice on assisting clients in acquisition, disposition and leasing of real property and securing financing for real estate projects in addition to assisting clients in factoring transactions. Ms. Nicksic has experience in managing local counsel in connection with real estate financing, as well as representing developers in various real estate transactions. She also has experience in obtaining funding for life insurance companies and credit unions through complex real estate investments and has assisted clients in structuring financing that is compliant with sharia law.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Ms. Nicksic served as a Real Estate Associate in the Chicago area where she has represented developers in real estate transactions; including analyzing title insurance documents, surveys and zoning reports. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law where she was a member of the Junior Editorial Board for the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Journal. She will practice from our Chicago office.
