William I. Amberger Joins Krieg DeVault’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Services Practice

Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that attorney William I. Amberger has joined the firm as an Associate in its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Services Practice. Mr. Amberger brings with him a strong background in litigation and appellate advocacy, with experience representing individuals, businesses, and institutions in complex disputes across state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
Mr. Amberger focuses his practice on litigation and appeals, advising clients on regulatory investigations, procedural strategy, and risk management. Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, he served as an associate attorney at a national law firm, where he concentrated on litigation and labor and employment law. He also previously clerked for the Honorable Cale J. Bradford at the Indiana Court of Appeals, where he drafted more than 80 appellate opinions and prepared judicial panels for oral arguments.

Mr. Amberger earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science and History from Wabash College. He is admitted to practice in Indiana, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
