Patrick Fagan Joins Krieg DeVault’s Commercial and Real Estate Lending Practice

Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that Patrick J. Fagan has joined the firm’s Commercial and Real Estate Lending Practice as an Associate. Mr. Fagan will concentrate in the areas of advising lenders and borrowers in complex commercial lending matters including real estate transaction financing, construction and development financing, and loan documentation and negotiation. He routinely represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in various stages and types of commercial real estate transactions and developments, including multi-family, retail, office, industrial, agricultural, and solar energy.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Fagan served in the commercial real estate practice with a prominent Indianapolis area law firm representing clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters. Additionally, Mr. Fagan worked in the areas of commercial real estate appraisal as well as multi-family development financing before pursuing his legal degree.
Mr. Fagan is a cum laude graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and will counsel clients from the firm’s Carmel, Indiana office.
