Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce the promotions of five Associates to Senior Associates – Corben A. Lee, Maria M. Vladimirova, Christopher W. Bloomer, Elizabeth M. Roberson, and Scott C. Frissell. Prior to their Senior Associate positions with the firm, all served as Associates with Krieg DeVault in their respective practices.

About the Senior Associates

Corben A. Lee (Indianapolis Office) – Corben Lee is a member of the firm’s Business, Acquisitions and Securities Practice.  He focuses his practice on assisting privately and publicly held companies on merger and acquisition transactions, securities matters, and corporate governance issues.

Maria M. Vladimirova (Indianapolis Office) - Maria Vladimirova is a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Practice, serving as counsel to numerous financial institutions and financial services companies. She routinely assists clients with commercial contract negotiations, general corporate matters, regulatory compliance matters, and mergers and acquisitions.

Christopher W. Bloomer (Indianapolis Office) - Chris Bloomer assists clients with all aspects of business, banking, commercial, and complex litigation matters. This experience includes a concentration in construction litigation, including claims for delay, liens, state and federal Miller Act claims, and accompanying dispute resolution. Mr. Bloomer also counsels parties at each seat of the proverbial construction table before project commencement, to ensure objectives are achieved, risks are minimized, and future litigation is avoided or considerably diminished.

Elizabeth M. Roberson (Carmel Office) - Elizabeth Roberson concentrates her practice on complex employment and civil litigation matters, primarily representing clients on matters related to retaliation, discrimination, harassment, family and medical leave, disabilities, unemployment compensation, wage and hour, and restrictive covenants. 

Scott C. Frissell (Carmel Office) - Scott Frissell concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal and governmental law, financing and tax matters, including property tax related matters. Mr. Frissell also provides counsel and representation in tax credit transactions, including New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transactions.
