Why do we collect this information?

We will use your information, with your consent, to send you updates that are tailored to your needs and interests with the most up-to-date legal and regulatory developments, as well as firm-related events, activities and news. If you do not consent to our use of your information, we will not be able to send you this information.


What do we do with your information?

We keep your data in confidence.  Our data storage systems are located in the United States and the information we receive from you are stored in the United States.  In order to protect your personal data from loss, or unauthorized use, access or disclosure, we utilize reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we collect and process. We will not share your information with third parties. If you do not consent to continue to receive future communications, your information that we presently hold will be stored in our database. We will not use the information to make any automated decisions that might affect you.


How long do we keep your information?

If you have given consent, we will continue to use your information to send you further communications until you unsubscribe.  We may keep your information in our database unless you ask us to erase it.
