Matthew W. Schramm Joins Krieg DeVault’s Real Estate Practice

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that Matthew W. Schramm has joined Krieg DeVault's Real Estate Practice. Mr. Schramm brings experience in business and corporate law, business litigation, school law and estate planning. He also has experience in commercial leasing and real estate transactions. Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, he served as legal counsel to a regional commercial real estate and property management company with multiple offices in Indiana and Michigan where he advised the executive team on legal issues, risk management, insurance, and relevant laws and regulations. He also spent time as an associate attorney for a corporate law firm in Elkhart, Indiana. He was previously named to the Michiana Forty under 40 Class of 2019.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Schramm is also a Major in the United States Marine Corps Reserve where he most recently served as a Future Operations Officer with Marine Forces Pacific. He has previously served in various roles, including as a Watch Officer for the Provincial Joint Coordination Center Transition Team during a deployment to Ramadi, Iraq. Mr. Schramm will practice from the firm’s North Central Indiana office.
