Susan P. Wedemeyer Joins Krieg DeVault's Commercial and Real Estate Lending Practice

Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that Susan P. Wedemeyer has joined the firm as a Paralegal in the firm’s Commercial and Real Estate Lending Practice. Ms. Wedemeyer has extensive experience reviewing title work and surveys for commercial properties across various states. Additionally, Ms. Wedemeyer has vast experience working with counsel, surveyors, and title underwriters to resolve title issues and ensuring proper execution and working with title companies ensuring that all lien documents are properly recorded as well as filing appropriate documents with various Secretary of State Offices.
Ms. Wedemeyer is a member and former President of the Greenfield Upsilon Chapter of Kappa Kappa Kappa, Inc., and serves on the Paralegal Executive Committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association. In 2008, Ms. Wedemeyer received a Paralegal Certificate from The American Institute for Paralegal Studies.
