Michael Zaradich is a Partner in the firm's Commercial and Real Estate Lending Practice. His practice encompasses commercial finance, banking, real estate and corporate law with a primary focus on representing financial institutions and other lenders in negotiating, structuring and restructuring commercial lending transactions involving multi-family housing, senior living and long-term care housing, mixed-use facilities, commercial and industrial financing, and mezzanine financing. Mr. Zaradich also has extensive experience counseling financial institution directors and management on governance and other corporate matters, transactions, and compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
