Jenna Shives represents clients in employment disputes, commercial litigation, environmental litigation, and appellate matters, bringing more than a decade of litigation experience to high-stakes cases. She has also counseled professionals in licensure matters before Indiana regulatory bodies, offering insight into the intersection of employment law and professional standards.

In addition to her wide variety of litigation work, Jenna advises employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws and provides strategic guidance on government investigations. Her experience includes navigating complex regulatory requirements, mitigating risk, and developing practical solutions to help businesses maintain compliance and foster positive workplace environments. Jenna also advises clients on issue of data privacy compliance and litigation.

Before joining private practice, Jenna clerked for Judge Margret Robb of the Indiana Court of Appeals and Justice Robert Rucker of the Indiana Supreme Court, gaining valuable perspective on judicial decision-making and appellate procedure.
