As a Summer Associate with Krieg DeVault, Hannah conducted legal research and drafted documents including letters of intent, call option agreements, and articles of merger, supporting attorneys across multiple practice groups. Prior to that, she served in a law clerk role where she prepared memoranda, motions, pleadings, and briefs, and attended client meetings and hearings to inform her work. Additionally, Hannah gained practical experience in legal writing and analysis through editorial work with a legal publication.
