Caleb Perez concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and corporate law. Caleb represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters and joint ventures, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of real estate. In his corporate practice, he supports clients in transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, governance and compliance issues, and entity formation and organization.

  • Represents commercial, and residential real estate developers, including the preparation of lease and purchase agreements
  • Advises clients on the organization of a new business including ownership structure, drafting organizational documents for corporations, limited liability companies, and other entity types
