Becoming an associate at Krieg DeVault will give you the opportunity to join Krieg DeVault and work in a sophisticated and exciting private law practice. You will be exposed to a variety of practice areas and a diverse client base, with opportunities for professional growth by working with a partner mentor, participating in brown bag sessions and practice group meetings, and attending Continuing Legal Education seminars. New associates receive regular feedback through annual reviews, and mid-year reviewsfor the first three years of practice. Goals and objectives are clear, including an 1850 billable hour minimum and a partnership track averaging eight years.

What You’ll Receive
New law school graduates joining the firm will receive starting annual compensation competitive with that of other firms in Indianapolis, as well as with medium-sized firms in comparable cities in the Midwest. There is also an associate bonus program that offers associates the opportunity to earn more than $10,000 in additional compensation by meeting the program requirements.
