Professional experience should include drafting and negotiating asset purchase and merger agreements, designing joint venture arrangements, and analyzing related regulatory concerns. Experience with health systems and physician groups preferred. Successful candidates should exhibit excellent client management, business generation, and written and verbal communication skills. Krieg DeVault seeks an energetic, organized attorney with a connection to Northwest Indiana and at least two years of litigation experience (preferably medical malpractice or personal injury defense) to join its team in Merrillville, Indiana defending the state’s premiere health care providers. Successful candidates should have an excellent academic record, be self-motivated, organized, and persuasive. Krieg DeVault LLP, a Midwest regional law firm based out of Indianapolis, is seeking a highly-qualified senior associate or partner level tax attorney. Candidate may be in the Firm's Indianapolis or Chicago offices or may work remotely. Preferred candidates must have 5 or more years of experience in business taxation, including corporate, real estate and partnership tax matters, and experience with tax-exempt entities. LLM in Taxation or CPA is also preferred.
