Sue Wedemeyer is a Paralegal in the firm's Real Estate Practice. Ms. Wedemeyer has extensive experience reviewing title work and surveys for commercial properties across various states, working with counsel, surveyors and title underwriters to resolve title issues, preparing loan documents for closing, recording and filing documents with various counties, reviewing loan documents to ensure proper execution and working with title companies so all lien documents are properly recorded, and filing appropriate documents with various Secretary of State Offices.
