Patrick Fagan is a member of Krieg DeVault’s Commercial and Real Estate Lending Practice.  He focuses his practice on advising lenders and borrowers in complex commercial lending matters including real estate transaction financing, construction and development financing, and loan documentation and negotiation.

Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Fagan served in the commercial real estate practice with a prominent Indianapolis area law firm representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in various stages of commercial real estate transactions. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Fagan worked in commercial real estate appraisal as well as multi-family development financing.

Representative Experience

  • Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in various stages and types of commercial real estate transactions and developments, including multi-family, retail, office, industrial, agricultural, and solar energy.
  • Assist in the transaction and development process by drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and leases, reviewing and objecting to title commitment exceptions and surveys, drafting zoning-related documents and appearing before zoning boards, preparing and reviewing closing documents, preparing and reviewing financing-related terms and agreements, and completing other transaction-related tasks.
