Mr. Motsinger’s experience in creditors' rights, bankruptcy and commercial law spans more than 30 years. Mr. Motsinger is certified in Business Bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification of Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Attorneys, and was the 2011 Chair of the Board of Directors of that organization, of which he now is an Emeritus Director.
