Stephanie Truchan is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate and Environmental Practice. Stephanie focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including development, financing, acquisitions, dispositions, energy projects, as well as land use and zoning matters. Her experience includes real estate, zoning and permitting aspects of utility-scale wind, solar and battery storage projects. With a background in urban planning, she is in a unique position to identify what it will take to successfully close a deal. Stephanie enjoys assisting real estate developers with stakeholder engagement strategies and has experience advocating before planning boards and other government bodies.
In addition to her real estate practice, Stephanie has a passion for advising small business clients on entity formation, structure, organization, and succession and estate planning. Stephanie understands first-hand the needs of family-owned businesses and strives to design a tailored, practical, and economical solution that accomplishes the client’s long- and short-term goals. She believes that strategically planning for the next generation of employees or family members is one of the kindest gifts you can give to those you care about.
