Courtney Thompson supports clients by conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, and assisting with litigation strategy across a range of matters. Her experience includes assisting attorneys on issues involving commercial disputes, employment law, and appellate procedure.

Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Courtney served as a Summer Associate with the firm, supporting attorneys in employment law, corporate litigation, and appellate matters. She also held clerkship positions, where she assisted with case analysis, legal research, and memoranda preparation across a range of litigation issues, including contract disputes and class action defense. Additionally, she gained practical experience as a student attorney in the Civil Practice Clinic and completed a judicial externship with the Commercial Court in Indianapolis.
