Chris Long has over 35 years of experience in private practice conducting complex and multi-faceted real estate transactions. His representation includes developers of commercial properties, such as office buildings, retail stores and industrial parks, as well as residential developers who deal with condominiums, subdivisions and undeveloped land. Mr. Long works in all aspects of real estate encompassing office, retail and industrial leasing, strategic planning, acquisition of property, arrangement and negotiation of financing, zoning and like-kind exchanges.
In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Long represents commercial and real estate lending institutions and is involved with business organization planning, including the formation of limited liability companies.
