Krieg DeVault Partner Scott S. Morrisson Elected President of Carmel Baseball Backers

Indianapolis, Indiana – Krieg DeVault is proud to announce that Partner Scott S. Morrisson has been elected President of the Carmel Baseball Backers.
The Carmel Baseball Backers organization was formed in 1997. The purpose of the baseball backers is to support and raise funds to meet the needs of the Carmel High School baseball program. In addition to equipment and facility improvements provided by the ‘Backers, they have also provided scholarships to seniors upon graduation.
Mr. Morrisson is currently the Litigation Practice Group Chair for Krieg DeVault. Mr. Morrisson's main area of practice is civil litigation involving a wide range of civil litigation matters. Particular areas of focus include employment, insurance, business, corporate, trademark, and tort litigation. Mr. Morrisson's practice also focuses on arbitration and mediation. Mr. Morrisson has served as lead counsel on numerous jury trials, bench trials, preliminary injunction hearings, court hearings, and arbitrations in the state and federal courts of Indiana and throughout the country.
