Indianapolis, Indiana -Michael E. Williams, Managing Partner of Krieg DeVault LLP, has been elected First Vice President of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis is a 115-year-old youth guidance organization with ten Indianapolis clubs. They are dedicated to assisting Indianapolis youth, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, in a variety of ways for realizing and developing values and skills for living.

Mr. Williams is the Managing Partner and a member of the Executive Committee of the firm and is a graduate of Ball State University and the Indiana University School of Law. He devotes his practice primarily to general corporate law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and financial institution matters. Mr. Williams serves as a member of the Boards of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Indianapolis, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the Corporate Advisory Council for the Indiana Pacers and the Ball State University CEO Organization. Mr. Williams has previously served on the Boards of Directors of the Indianapolis Economic Development Corporation, the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, the Corporate Community Council, Prevent Child Abuse, Indiana and the Southeastern Program of Recreational Team Sports, Inc.
