Chicago, IL – Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that the law firm has recently been awarded the contract from the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) to provide compliance monitoring and reporting on Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) and workforce diversity for several of the City’s forthcoming construction projects.

Krieg DeVault, who will begin working with the CTA in the months ahead, was originally notified in April 2015 of the awarding of the contract for services. Signed agreements to begin work were executed by both Krieg DeVault and the CTA in June 2015. Krieg DeVault’s responsibilities will include auditing CTA contracts for Illinois Prompt Payment Act compliance; DBE compliance; EEO compliance, IDOT TPG compliance and WIA compliance, among others.
