Krieg DeVault Announces Partner C. Daniel Motsinger elected President of the American Board of Certification of Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Attorneys

Indianapolis, Indiana - The law firm of Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that Partner C. Daniel Motsinger has been elected as President of the Board of Directors of the American Board of Certification of Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Attorneys (“ABC”). Mr. Motsinger has been certified in Business Bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification since 1994.
The ABC, headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is the nation’s premier legal specialty certification organization, having certified nearly 1,000 attorneys as specialists in business bankruptcy, consumer bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law. As a non-profit organization, it is committed to providing progressive and responsible leadership in the field of legal specialization. Mr. Motsinger’s experience in creditors' rights, bankruptcy and commercial law spans more than 25 years. Mr. Motsinger served as a judicial clerk to U.S. District Judge James Lawrence King in Miami, Florida, and as a judicial intern and research assistant to the Administrative Assistant to the Chief Justice, Supreme Court of the United States. He resides in Indianapolis, Indiana, and represents clients out of the firm’s Indianapolis office. Mr. Motsinger is admitted to practice in Indiana, Florida and California.
