Krieg DeVault Announces Michael J. Messaglia named Chair of the Indianapolis Bar Association Business Law Section

Indianapolis, IN - Krieg DeVault is proud to announce that partner Michael J. Messaglia has recently been named as Chair of the Indianapolis Bar Association Business Law Section. Mr. Messaglia's official term will begin January 1, 2009.
The Business Law Section of the IBA provides frequent continuing legal education and updates for attorneys with practices pertaining to the area of business law.
Mr. Messaglia's practice at Krieg DeVault includes financial institutions, general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and taxation. He chairs the firm's Financial Institutions Practice Group. He has been involved in numerous merger and acquisition transactions involving both public and private companies, and has served as issuer's counsel in public offerings of securities.
