Alex Bowman Joins Krieg DeVault’s Real Estate and Environmental Practice

Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that Alex C. Bowman has joined as an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate and Environmental Practice. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and corporate law, and has extensive experience in complex real estate matters, including the negotiation, development, and execution of commercial lease and purchase agreements.
In addition to his focus in real estate, Mr. Bowman has experience representing companies in commercial transactions and complex commercial litigation, and also advises on corporate governance and entity formation issues.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Bowman worked in private practice as an Associate attorney in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, entrepreneurship and small business development, municipal law, civil rights, and criminal defense. He also represented individual and corporate clients in both state and federal trial courts and won appeals before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Mr. Bowman is a graduate of the St. Louis University School of Law and holds membership in the Indiana State Bar Association, the St. Joseph County Bar Association, and the Robert A. Grant Inn of Court. He will counsel clients from the Firm’s Mishawaka, Indiana office location.
