Attorney Randy Head is a member of the firm’s Governmental Affairs and Public Advocacy Practice and advises clients regarding legislative matters. Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Randy served eleven years in the Indiana State Senate, chairing several committees including the Senate Local Government, Senate Civil Law, and Senate Judiciary Committees. He authored bills concerning civil and criminal law and served as part of the Senate majority caucus leadership. Randy also has extensive trial experience, having served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for approximately seventeen years and in civil practice for eleven. 

In Randy's free time he enjoys traveling, spending time with family and his rescue dog, reading military history, and keeping up with Indiana politics.
