Steven Sherman retired as a partner from Krieg DeVault in 2014. He was a member of the firm's Energy and Public Utilities Practice Group, leaving the firm with over 30 years of experience in the natural gas, oil, electric, telecommunications, water and sewer industries. He represented companies in all areas of energy and public utilities, including utilities, power producers, natural gas and electric marketers and energy associations. His practice included regulatory and trial work before state and federal regulatory bodies and federal and state courts; asset transactions; joint venture agreements; negotiation of natural gas, oil, and power sales agreements and renewable energy agreements; international energy agreements; and general corporate matters. Mr. Sherman is retired from the practice of law. He continues to consult on energy and international trade matters.
