Christopher Kulik provides regulatory, licensure, and corporate advice to a wide range of health care clients including physician practice groups, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals and health systems, on-site employer clinics, and long-term care providers. Mr. Kulik assists these clients with a variety of matters including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, advising on HIPAA and state privacy laws, assisting with complex transactions, and advising on day-to-day operational issues.

Mr. Kulik's prior professional experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at Indiana University Health where he provided legal support to internal business partners on issues impacting commercial insurance plans, Medicare Advantage, and other managed care products and services. He also counseled Indiana University Health’s Accountable Care Organization, advising on program specific fraud and abuse waivers and regulatory requirements.  Mr. Kulik began his career as a Staff Attorney and the Privacy Officer for the Indiana State Department of Health where he oversaw the agency’s HIPAA compliance program and provided general transactional support.
