Founded in 1944, SFNet is an essential resource for all organizations and professionals who deliver and enable secured finance to businesses. As described by SFNet, through the Compendium SFNet  members gain access to “a time-saving tool that enables [members] to research important legal issues related to secured transactions in any U.S. state within seconds.”  The Compendium is published for asset-based lenders, factors, banks and other institutions engaged in secured transactions, and is designed to suggest the answer timely  to many questions such lenders may have.
