Alexandra Wilson Pantos is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice. Ms. Wilson Pantos devotes her practice to all stages of litigation, irrespective of industry. She focuses primarily on legal research and writing and intends to devote a substantial portion of her career to appellate practice.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Ms. Wilson Pantos served as a summer associate with the law firm assisting on matters involving, among other areas, worker’s compensation, covenants not to compete, spoliation of evidence, federal notice and comment procedures, and non-disclosure agreements. Ms. Wilson Pantos also worked for two years as a Certified Legal Intern for Indiana University Student Legal Services, an organization that provides free legal counsel to students at Indiana University’s Bloomington campus. As a Certified Legal Intern, Ms. Wilson Pantos managed a variety of cases spanning all stages of the litigation lifecycle. She has negotiated settlement agreements between tenants and landlords, successfully led petitions for name and gender-marker changes, and helped clients expunge their criminal records.
Prior to entering the legal field, Ms. Wilson Pantos spent several years in the professional services and technology industries serving in a multitude of roles for IBM. While at IBM, she coordinated the sales enablement efforts for a new global business unit within the company, created a company-wide program to enhance deal progression using robots for technology demonstrations, and developed a worldwide system to manage the multi-million-dollar marketing budget for the IBM Watson Group.

- Secured a $10,000 civil settlement for a client in a non-consensual pornography case
- Assisted in appellate drafting efforts for clients with cases in the Indiana Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court
