Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that Brian M. Heaton has been named as chair of the firm’s Business, Acquisitions & Securities Practice Group. A Partner of the firm since 2007, Mr. Heaton was also named as the 2015 recipient of The Indiana Lawyer’s Leadership in Law Up and Coming Lawyer Award.
Mr. Heaton’s practice is primarily focused on providing general corporate and business law advice and assisting start-up and established business and health care provider organizations, including hospitals, physicians, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, long-term care facilities and hospital-physician partnerships, with everyday operations and extraordinary transactions.
