Mark Schiff brings decades of experience advising businesses and individuals on a wide range of legal matters. His practice focuses on corporate law, contract negotiation for customers and vendors, employment law, and business succession planning, including the purchase and sale of businesses.

Mr. Schiff also has an extensive background in civil litigation, representing clients in jury and bench trials involving employment disputes, contract matters, real estate litigation, and partnership and shareholder conflicts. A strong advocate for alternative dispute resolution, he serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association in commercial and employment cases and is a certified mediator for the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.

Mark Schiff brings decades of experience advising businesses and individuals on a wide range of legal matters. His practice focuses on corporate law, contract negotiation for customers and vendors, employment law, and business succession planning, including the purchase and sale of businesses.

Mr. Schiff also has an extensive background in civil litigation, representing clients in jury and bench trials involving employment disputes, contract matters, real estate litigation, and partnership and shareholder conflicts. A strong advocate for alternative dispute resolution, he serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association in commercial and employment cases and is a certified mediator for the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.
