Shannon L. Noder’s practice is focused on civil litigation. She handles a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, premises liability cases, and defending medical providers in medical malpractice cases. Ms. Noder, a strong client advocate, has secured numerous voluntary dismissals and summary judgments in favor of her clients over the years.
Ms. Noder also focuses on protecting creditors’ rights in collection, commercial and residential foreclosure, and bankruptcy litigation. When clients prefer to avoid litigation, Ms. Noder has negotiated agreements on behalf of her clients to resolve matters without the need for litigation.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Ms. Noder spent several years representing numerous financial institutions in residential mortgage foreclosure and bankruptcy cases as well as a variety of medical providers, financial institutions, and educational institutions in collection matters. This representation afforded Ms. Noder the opportunity to frequently be in the courtroom, which permitted her to hone her oral advocacy skills.
