Will Amberger is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Services Practice. Will concentrates his practice in litigation and appeals, representing individuals, businesses, and institutions in complex disputes in state and federal courts and state agencies. He counsels clients regarding regulatory investigations, procedural strategy, and risk management, with experience before administrative agencies and trial courts.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Will worked as an associate attorney at a national law firm focusing on litigation and labor and employment law. Will also served as a judicial law clerk at the Indiana Court of Appeals under the Honorable Cale J. Bradford, where he gained experience conducting legal research and drafting appellate opinions involving civil and criminal matters.

- Assisted in the representation of a business client litigating a non-competition agreement in federal court
- Helped prepare appellee brief addressing criminal matter in a federal circuit court of appeals
