Attorneys selected for this distinction were identified through a comprehensive peer-review survey conducted by Professional Research Services Company (PRS), an independent research firm based in Troy, Michigan. All practicing and active attorneys in Marion, Hamilton, Boone, Hendricks, Johnson, and Hancock counties were invited to participate by nominating and voting for peers within their areas of practice. Attorneys were prohibited from voting for themselves. The selection process also includes verification of licensing and a review of disciplinary history through applicable boards, agencies, and rating services.
