Over the course of two days, 58 of our attorneys became certified White Belt in Legal Lean Sigma® and Project Management. The course was led by professionals from the Legal Lean Sigma Institute, and covered a wide array of topics including project planning, budgeting, project management approaches, 5s, Gemba, and the key principles of Lean Sigma.
