Funk, a member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group, has been appointed Indiana State Chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers for a 1-year term beginning October 22, 2012, at the conclusion of the College’s annual meeting in New York City.
The American College of Trial Lawyers was founded in 1950 as an association, by invitation, of lawyers and judges skilled and experienced in the trial of cases and dedicated to maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice, the administration of justice, and the ethics of the profession.
