Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that Victoria E. Konstantinidis has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Victoria concentrates her practice on medical malpractice defense, healthcare litigation, and complex civil litigation.
Victoria represents physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in complex matters pending in Indiana state and federal courts. Her practice spans all phases of litigation, including medical review panel proceedings, discovery, deposition practice, and trial preparation. She regularly drafts and argues dispositive and procedural motions and collaborates with expert witnesses to evaluate standard of care, causation, and liability issues in high exposure matters.
Her experience includes defending medical malpractice actions involving complex medical and legal issues, supported by detailed analysis of medical records and strategic pretrial development. Victoria’s healthcare focused litigation background is informed by prior experience in judicial chambers, regulatory compliance, civil litigation, and healthcare law matters.
Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she received a Health Law Certificate and served as Executive Symposium Editor of the Indiana Health Law Review. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Purdue University. She is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
Victoria is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Hellenic Bar Association of Illinois, the Lake County Bar Association, and The Calumet American Inn of Court.
