Hillary Buchler concentrates her practice in the area of medical malpractice including the defense of hospitals, physicians, and other health care organizations. In addition to medical malpractice, Ms. Buchler expands her practice to civil litigation, including premise liability actions for healthcare facilities. Hillary is routinely involved in a variety of commercial litigation matters including mediations, depositions, dispositive motions, briefings, and discovery.

Ms. Buchler's experience prior to joining Krieg DeVault spans civil litigation, defense, employment, and estate planning. She is also a longtime volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters Metropolitan of Chicago.
