Ken Chigges focuses his practice on assisting clients seeking to finance affordable housing and community development projects using low-income housing tax credits (LIHTCs) and bonds. He advises project developers on all aspects of tax credit transactions, including structuring  and negotiation of various legal and business issues attendant to such transactions. His experience includes assisting clients with projects utilizing a variety of federal and state housing tax credits as well as other financing tools and incentives including Historic Tax Credits (HTCs), New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs), public & private grants and taxable and tax-exempt bond financing.

In addition to his affordable housing work, Ken maintains a robust commercial real estate practice representing developers, lenders, landlords, and tenants in development, acquisitions, leasing, financing, and dispositions.
