David M. Johnson is a dually licensed (Illinois & Indiana) attorney with over a decade of experience in protecting the rights of some of the largest financial institutions in the country. Having handled a broad range of complex issues over the years, Johnson's expertise runs quite the gamut: bankruptcy to bank notes; consumer complaints to compliance; discovery to dismissals; the F.D.C.P.A to the Fair Housing Act; litigation to legal research; and motion practice to mediation. Johnson enjoys diving headfirst into new challenges, crafting sophisticated (but readily communicable) strategies and devising feasible solutions to pertinent problems.
