Alex Bowman is a Senior Associate in the firm's Real Estate and Environmental Practice. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and corporate law.
Alex has extensive experience in complex real estate matters, including the negotiation, development, and execution of commercial lease and purchase agreements. In addition to his focus in real estate, Alex has experience representing companies in commercial transactions and complex commercial litigation, and also advises on corporate governance and entity formation issues.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Alex worked in private practice as an Associate attorney in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, entrepreneurship and small business development, municipal law, civil rights, and criminal defense. Alex also represented individual and corporate clients in both state and federal trial courts and won appeals before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

- Advise small and midsize privately-owned businesses in various transactional matters, including the preparation of lease and purchase agreements for residential and commercial real estate.
- Represent and advise individuals and businesses in commercial litigation matters arising from employer/employee contract disputes, Uniform Commercial Code issues, wrongful termination and discrimination claims, and real estate possession, quiet title, and ejectment actions.
- Counsel and assist entrepreneurs, professionals, and small businesses in entity formation; internal corporate governance; executive compensation, non-compete, and confidentiality agreements; and various related commercial and employment contracts.
