Julie Rosenwinkel has over 23 years of litigation experience and concentrates her practice on defending hospitals, their employed staff and employed physicians in medical malpractice actions. She also advises health care clients on various matters including peer review privilege, medical records production requests, emergency detentions and medical consent issues.

  • Lead counsel through jury trial obtaining a defense verdict for physician in a lawsuit alleging failure to diagnose
  • Lead counsel through jury trial obtaining a defense verdict for hospital in a lawsuit alleging medication error
  • Efficiently and successfully represents both hospitals and physicians as lead counsel in numerous medical malpractice actions filed with the Indiana Department of Insurance
