Jordan Huttenlocker is a Fort Wayne-based attorney whose practice focuses on real estate development, land use, and business litigation. She brings nearly a decade of experience from a large Chicago firm, where she advised clients on complex property and litigation matters before returning to Indiana in 2020.
Jordan represents municipalities, foundations, and private property owners in the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of commercial and residential real estate. Her practice includes advising on land use issues such as rezonings, variances, and development planning.
In addition to her transactional work, Jordan maintains a robust litigation practice. She has successfully tried multiple cases to verdict and regularly counsels clients on business disputes involving real estate and commercial interests.

- Counseled a municipality and an economic development alliance in the planning, site acquisition, assemblage of incentives and development of an approximately 1,000-acre Google Data Center (representing an initial investment of roughly $875,000,000)
- Represented developer of a mixed-use project in downtown, Fort Wayne, Indiana, representing a combined total investment of more than $45,000,000
- Represented a healthcare facility in connection with the acquisition and development of a multi-million dollar health facility
- Counsel and advise buyers, seller, borrowers, lenders, investors and municipalities on real estate of all product types
- Conduct, oversee and/or assist with due diligence in real estate, corporate and municipal transactions
- Represent buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders and investors in acquisition, construction, development, leasing and disposition of real estate
