Patrick J. Vieth

Patrick Vieth focuses his legal practice in all aspects of real estate transactions and land use. He provides counsel to developers, landlords, tenants, banks, agricultural companies and individual farmers, health care providers and a variety of sector businesses. In addition to real estate, Patrick represents clients in numerous aspects of environmental matters, including compliance, due diligence, regulatory, remediations and transactional matters.

Representative Experience

• Assisted in the drafting and negotiation of numerous agreements, amendments, easements and other industry specific legal documents
• Assisted in the merger of dental practices in South Bend, Indiana including formation of the new practice and the corresponding operating agreement and employment agreement as well as the purchase and lease of an office building
• Assisted in the drafting and negotiation of various commercial, industrial and office leases on behalf of landlords and tenants
• Assisted in the counsel to businesses and universities in acquisition, redevelopment and re-purposing of real estate with historical environmental impacts
• Assisted in environmental due diligence for various buyers, lenders and developers
