Carla M. Uhlarik is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group.  She provides counsel to numerous organizations and individuals in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, leasing and ownership, landlord and tenant issues, development, land use and zoning, and other general real estate matters.  Carla has also assisted clients in the areas of commercial real estate lending and general corporate governance.

Prior to entering law school, Carla worked as a legal assistant for a prominent real estate development firm in Carmel. While in law school, Carla served as a summer associate at Krieg DeVault LLP.
