Andrew Breck concentrates his practice in the areas of health care law with a focus on supply chain structure and operations, regulatory and compliance issues and fraud and abuse matters.

Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Andrew served as a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Clinical Procurement at Anthem, Inc. and as a long-time Associate at a health care law firm.

Representative Experience

  • Provided legal services in all aspects of the healthcare industry to hospital systems, physician groups, and individual medical providers
  • Negotiated supply chain agreements for group purchasing organizations and managed care contracts on behalf of hospital systems and physician groups
  • Advised healthcare clients on reimbursement and fraud and abuse matters including analysis of subregulatory guidance and preparation of summary alerts on emerging healthcare law issues
  • Counseled clients on compliance with Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment regulations
  • Lead a variety of other healthcare matters including provider peer review, labor and employment, and corporate transactions
