Alexandria Foster provides regulatory, licensure, and corporate advice to a wide range of health care clients including physician practice groups, surgery centers, hospitals, on-site employer clinics, and senior living facilities. Ms. Foster assists these clients with a variety of matters including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, advising on HIPAA and state privacy law issues, implementing telemedicine policies, assisting with complex transactions, providing counsel for professional licensing actions, and advising on day-to-day operational issues. She also counsels health care clients on scope of practice issues and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance.
Ms. Foster also works with the firm’s health care clients on employment-related matters including negotiating employment agreements, drafting several agreements, and assisting with non-competition issues. Ms. Foster also assists clients with general business matters including entity formation and dissolution and drafting all organizational documents including operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, subscription agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
In addition to her practice, Ms. Foster also serves as a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
